Howard Bridgeman
Chairman
Howard Bridgeman joined BxSL in 2001 as Chairman.
Before joining Bx, Howard held several senior director positions in major North American companies. The companies he has lead in an executive role provided business consultancy and IT solutions to a number of market sectors. He specialised in starting up companies in Europe involved in the application of technology.
His experience has also been brought to bear as a non-executive director of companies ranging from retail to sports promotion and advertising.
Andrew Bridgeman
Director
Andrew Bridgeman founded BxSL in 2000.
Andrew has 15 years experience in Business Consultancy, Software Development and Project/Programme Management. Andrews main focus is providing SharePoint 2007 consultancy at the highest level.
Before founding Bx, Andrew worked for a Data Warehousing provider to the financial services industry. Later Andrew joined a multinational automation company where he specialised in providing automation and IT solutions to the Pharmaceutical industries
Geale Whyte
Director
Geale Whyte joined BxSL in 2000 as its first employee his background and qualifications being in manufacturing engineering. Before joining BxSL Geale worked for a multinational consultancy company working throughout Europe and North America, he was involved in Automation and IT projects in various industries including Pharmaceutical, Wafer Fabrication and Discrete Manufacturing.
Since joining BxSL Geale has broadened his experience into many other areas including supply chain, logistics, public sector, insurance, finance and banking. He now specialises in software consultancy, including architecting and developing solutions based on Microsoft platforms.
Matthew Tate
Director
Matthew Tate joined BxSL as an employee in 2004 quickly proving his ambition and dedication to BxSL and by 2007 became a director.
Matthew has a varied background and knowledge across various industries. Recently worked on enhancing an EDRMS solution for a large financial consultancy. He is highly qualified attaining Microsoft certification helping BxSL achieve its Microsoft Gold Partner Status.
